Dear Doctor,

I’ve got a problem that I’m pretty embarrassed about. Even though I’m a bloke, I’ve got definite breasts which don’t seem to want to disappear. I’ve lost a bit of weight recently, but my ‘man boobs’ haven’t budged! I’m going on holiday with my mates soon and I don’t want to be embarrassed about taking my top off on the beach.

Dear Chris,
